Wandering Herd Beef Feast at the Gog
The Wandering Herd is the brain child of local Farmer Ed Wombwell; it's a conservation grazing project at Wandlebury Meadow where Heritage Breed Belted Galloway cattle roam free on regenerative land reclaimed from intensive agriculture.
We're delighted to showcase this gorgeous beef with a family-style, nose-to-tail Sunday Roast hosted here in our new Shack Cafe.

ON THE MENU £65 per Head
- Welcome drink and talks on conservation grazing and Belted Galloway the product by Farmer Ed Wombwell and Chef Director Tom Salt.
- Roast fore rib, braised shin, cheek, and tail pie; heart, liver, and kidney faggots; smoked short rib and brisket; served with bone marrow gravy, fresh horseradish & seasonal vegetables.
