We've selected some of our favourite, most crowd-pleasing cheese for our Christmas Cheeseboard. Perfect after a meal, or just to nibble at over a few days!

Colston Basset Stilton - ~320g

A blue for those who "don't like blues", the Stilton we buy from the Colston Bassett is made exclusively for Neal's Yard Dairy. Gentler, sweeter, and more balanced than a 'typical' blue cheese, it boasts a creamy, buttery paste pierced with the delicate blue veining characteristic of a Stilton.

Isle of Mull Cheddar - ~250g

A Scottish cheese with a firm, fondant-like texture. Flavours range form juicy and zesty to boozy and deeply savoury.

Winslade - min 230g

A small, soft, and oozing cheese with a quiet floral earthiness. It is superbly rich and gentle on the palate. Its spruce band imparts a distinctive piney note.

Dorstone - min 180g

This turret-shaped goat's cheese combines a light, fluffy texture with bright, citrusy flavours and a gentle acidity.

Fig Chutney - Rosebud Preserves - 198g

A rich and piquant mix of jiucy figs, molassed sugar, warm cinnamon, and sweet fresh orange.

A layer of Fen Farm Dairy's own milk mascarpone, infused with the finest black truffles. Your cheese will be hand wrapped in wax paper and packed in its own beautiful wooden box.

Tasting notes: Fine black truffles, warm milky flavours, notes of mushrooms, earth and farmyard with a nutty rind.
