Roam @ The Gog
We’re thrilled to be welcoming Ross Anderson and his Roam Catering team to The Gog this season for a combination of feasting pop-ups and cookery demonstrations. Roam specialise in cooking over fire, whether that be Kamado ovens from Big Green Egg, the beautiful Asado grills from Somerset Grills, or the Alfa Forni wood-fired pizza oven.
Ross’s career has taken him across Great Britain and Europe, working with leading suppliers and talents in all hospitality industry sectors. From military beginnings, Ross has catered for royalty, politicians, and worked in (and with) some of the most prestigious restaurants around! He moved on to further education teaching, private dining, and, most recently, he found his love for outdoor cookery.
