Based on our original sausage meat recipe, we've developed a blend of sage, parsley and thyme, plus local Watergull Orchard Apple Juice, creating a really tasty and succulent sausage with slightly coarser minced free-range pork. Lovingly made in natural skins and hand-tied.

We've taken our traditional recipe and replaced the breadcrumb with potato. We still use the best free range pork and hand-tie in natural skins.

Handmade at The Gog using our best herby sausagemeat. When fresh out of the oven, they are absolutely delicious! Sold from frozen, please do not re-freeze.
From frozen: egg-wash & place in a 220 degree oven for 20 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
