Pheasant

Lay the pheasant in the pan, cook until golden-brown in colour (about 3-5 minutes) on the leg sides. Turn the pheasant onto its breast side to colour for a further 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; transfer to the oven and cook for 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

For hampers and gift certificates, we offer next working day delivery if you order before 12pm. For all other orders, you will be asked to select a convenient click and collect date and time at checkout.

Changing your order

If you wish to modify an order that has already been placed, please call The Gog on 01223 248352 so that we can manually modify your order and take payment or issue a refund for the difference.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If you discover that there’s something wrong with your product after opening it, such as a fault, damage or it’s not as described, you are entitled to get a refund. To complete your return please contact our customer service at  hello@thegog.com
