Back by popular demand, we’re pleased to confirm 3 extra dates for the bigger and better Big Green Egg Cooking on Fire classes.

Whether you’re the proud owner of an Egg and want to get the most out of it, or if you’re thinking of buying an Egg or simply love tasty food, you’ll enjoy watching our resident experts cooking up a storm in this relaxed and informative cookery demonstration whilst learning the tricks of the trade in this up close and personal class.

The menu for this evening will focus on the unsung hero, pork. Whilst learning about trichinosis and why we have all overcooked pork for the past half a century, you’ll enjoy pork rib-eyes cooked dirty and served medium alongside the all-time classic Porchetta, and divine pork ribs with a homemade BBQ sauce. Not only that, you’ll experience a demonstration of different cuts of collar of pork, finishing off with a one pot pork wonder accompanied by homemade salads and bread. Our expert butchers will also be on hand to give a butchery demo.

Upon arrival you will enjoy a welcome drink on us, and there will be drinks available to purchase throughout the evening.

Not only that, you’ll take home a discount voucher to spend on the farm so you can cook up the delights you’ve tasted. It’s valid for a month from the date of your class.

Big Green Egg BBQ Cookery Class tickets are £49 each. One ticket admits one person to one of our classes, dates subject to availability.

Booking confirmations and tickets will be issued by email.

Changes to class bookings cannot be made within 7 days of the class date (21 days for groups of 8 or more). You are welcome to call to see if we have someone on a waiting list that we can rebook your space to. Unfortunately, if we are unable to rebook your space the booking will still go ahead in your name, however, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

You are advised to bring a jumper or jacket as the classes will be held outside and in The Shack.

As part of our alcohol licence we operate a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme. Acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or holographically marked PASS scheme identification cards.

We reserve the right to cancel any class at any time. In the unfortunate event of this being necessary, we will do our best to contact you at the earliest opportunity to let you know and you will be offered the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.

All attendees will be given a discount voucher to spend on the Farm valid for 1 month from the date of the class. The discount can be used by the recipient and immediate family only. It is non-transferable and has no cash value.

The cost of the class can be redeemed against any Big Green Egg purchase of £500 or more. One discount per transaction.
