Back by popular demand, we’re pleased to confirm 3 extra dates for the bigger and better Big Green Egg Cooking on Fire classes.

Whether you’re the proud owner of an Egg and want to get the most out of it, or if you’re thinking of buying an Egg or simply love tasty food, you’ll enjoy watching our resident experts cooking up a storm in this relaxed and informative cookery demonstration whilst learning the tricks of the trade in this up close and personal class.

The menu for this evening will focus on all things beef – you’ll be treated to a divine smoked chilli con carne, a reverse seared Picanha, plus tasty low and slow beef ribs. Taste the difference between dirty vs normal grilled rib-eyes (the steak will be served medium rare to showcase the spectacular flavours of the finest quality meat.) and hear ideas about cheaper and unusual cuts such as onglette and bavette with a chimichurri sauce, all accompanied by homemade salads. Our expert butchers will also be on hand to give a butchery demo.

Upon arrival you will enjoy a welcome drink on us, and there will be drinks available to purchase throughout the evening.

Not only that, you’ll take home a discount voucher to spend on the farm so you can cook up the delights you’ve tasted. It’s valid for a month from the date of your class.

Loved by a long list of top chefs, Big Green Egg BBQs are fast becoming an essential piece of kit in Michelin-starred restaurants and the gardens of foodies. So much more than just a BBQ, they are ideal for low and slow cooks, perfect pizzas and even baking bread – come and experience this versatile bit of kit in action and enjoy a tasting menu throughout the course of the evening, ending with a delicious homecooked meal!

Tickets sell out fast, so don’t miss out!
