Butchery Skills Masterclasses Return
Experience the art of traditional butchery in this relaxed and intimate hands-on class, whilst learning about where meat comes from, how to get the most from each cut and different styles of cooking. Our masterclasses have been running for a number of years and sell out quickly as our expert butchers promise a fun and informative evening mastering this new skill.
On arrival you’ll be greeted with a drink and snacks, then after the main event you’ll enjoy a homemade meal with wine and beer whilst chewing the cud!
It may be humble, but the pig is a hugely versatile animal offering generous portions and tasty fat, meat and flavour. Our experienced team will take you through the various cuts and demonstrate how the principles of butchering a pig can be transferred to other animals too.
